Meditative Walk through the pine forest
Nature has something to give us, to share. The essential oils, the wood, the soil, the leaves, the colors and atmospheres of the forest, but also the sea and the beach, have a regenerative and relaxing power, and lead body, mind and heart to a natural balance.
Mindfulness means full attention, presence, awarness. It is a discipline that combines the classic, static practiceof transferring full attention into daily gestures, in order to truly experience the present.
In the Meditative Walks, meditation techniques (static walking, dynamic) readings, creative experiences, presence exercises, mindfulness tasks are experimented and shared.
